Today’s society and culture brings greater challenges for parents raising their children than we have ever seen. Aina and Derek have a passion to teach parents how to become the respected righteous influencer so they can obtain the territory of their children’s heart. Using Christian biblical principles and “real world” experience, Aina and Derek create a fun interactive learning environment when teaching from their “7 Foundations of Effective Parenting.” Parents leave equipped, encouraged, and empowered knowing they can confidently parent effectively and build strong families!
Derek and Aina Cheek also serve as parent ministry elders in Family Life ministries at Covenant Church in Carrollton, Texas. They are the creators of the “7 Foundations of Effective Parenting.” and “Parenting Victoriously! Winning the War of Influence”. Because of their love for youth, their passion is training parents in helping fulfill their children’s potential and success.
